progress icc 25 where?

i would like to say that we have come to a standstill in icc 25 We are loosing members to other guilds. Are we going leave at thatNo we need to bring in talent to get the job doneLet's do what it ever it takes to get it done

Absolutely. We have brought in several new guys that have talent this week. We also are definitely focused on progression beyond where we have been.

I suppose we might lose a few members who jump ship in the hopes for instant gratification. I personally would rather make it through the progression with my friends here in Ci. It will certainly be more gratifying to have done so.

Progression, ahh yes I use to smell that in the air...

We are losing people, yes, its always happened to us. CI isn't hardcore, we have a good number of people that want to be and a handful that really can be, we are lucky to have players like Jerry, Book and Reii, that would easily be a member of a hardcore guild but choose to play with CI.

However, if people want progression, look to yourself first before looking to our guildmates.

• Are you doing all you can to be the best you are at your class and job?
• Do you talk to others in your class about rotation, spec, gemming, etc? Do you talk to your class leaders? (these guys know their class and if you ask a question they don't know they will find you an answer.
• Do you come to raids on time? On time means be at the door at 6:30 server time. Not in IF looking for a port.. If your in IF or SW looking for a port, then you are being lazy and asking others to go there and bring you...
• Don't AFK and if you really must (we all know that *#&% happens, TELL the raid leader/Officer in a TELL not chat, unless you've run a raid you have no clue the amount of work that goes into watching everything and that little brown text is the last thing some of us look at, however we dont mis the purple.
• Don't go AFK before a boss fight.
• Don't go AFK if you die (you never know we might BRez you)
• Don't sign up and not show-up.
• Don't sign up knowing you can't make the second day without putting a note in.
• Remember the 24 other people you are with
• Watch the video's before the raid, don't come execpting the Officers to hold your hand telling you how to do everything. While we do explain new fights, we do it with the understand you have SOME idea what to expect.
• When asked to flask up, do it don't make me and Tor hound you to death, I know you are all sick of hearing us and we are sick of asking.

Remember everyone makes mistakes, we all have off nights, but if you don't come planning to put 110% into the raid don't come at all.

And remember Progress means learning and learning = wiping. But if we are all paying attention we can limit those wipes.

Oh and if I see Mirror Image or Army while doing the beginning trash I might reach through the miror and slap you

We had a great raid this past Friday, keep that up and we'll make progression. I wish you all luck the next few Fridays as I will not be able to make.

Where is the Progression you ask? Right in front of us, let's friggen grab it and run with it "Carpe Imperium" (Seize the Power)... We have it in us no Doubt, let's knock down that damn wall and Git Er Dun..

We've only lost one member to another guild for progression reasons in the last few months.

We've gained several new good members just recently.

I think we're doing fine. No shows and people being lazy/stupid/entitled are the problems we need to combat.
